Shipping policy

All of our products (unless otherwise noted) are completely made to order. Processing time for our moss art pieces varies depending on the product and its complexity, ranging from 21 to 30 days. Our wood frames, for instance, require up to a week to create as they undergo sourcing, cutting, sanding, and staining. Creating the moss arrangement itself involves trimming, cleaning, and arranging, which can take as little as one hour and up to 7 days depending on the size and intricacy of the project.
